Brochure

 

Here is my brochure I created giving details about the Music, Dance, and Theater departments at Western Washington University. 

 

I created this brochure in InDesign as a two-page spread, each with three evenly divided columns. The top right column is the front of the brochure. The top center column is the back. The top left column is the center flap. The bottom right column is the inside right portion of the brochure. The bottom center column is the inside center portion. And the bottem left column is the inside left portion of the brochure. 

 

Originally. I struggled with creating my brochure because I had too wide of a focus on the information I was trying to include. Once I decided to narrow my focus on the music, dance, and theater departments, the brochure became more simple and it came together very nicely. 

 

As a music minor, I have become familiar with the Performing Arts Center. Music, dance, and theater all consider the PAC as their home. I chose to make a brochure for these departments because I wanted to help represent them in a way that was vibrant and inviting. I aimed to provide the reader with an experience that felt as though they were in the audience of one big combined performance of music, theater, and dance.
