This project helped me improve my skills with InDesign's features and tools. I worked with finding similar fonts, placing images in front of text and vice versa, and creating borders around the image.
If you are at all familiar with the actors in the Batman series, you probably have already recognized that I used the wrong actor for my magazine cover. However, I did not realize my msitake until I was about to submit my project. My professor actually brought this to my attention. I found the whole situation very amusing considering the fact that my friends always give me a hard time for being unfamiliar with actors/ actressess and their names and roles. I chose to leave my cover the way it was for several reasons. One, I still utilized the same skills as I would have if I had used the correct person, I was proud of my work, regardless of my flaw, and it added a humorous and unique touch to my project that I can always look back on and smile.
